Your ticket is valid for the new rescheduled performance so please hold on to your ticket and present it upon entry at Meadowvale Theatre.
Consider a Transfer Ticket Value as a DONATION:
The COVID-19 pandemic has demonstrated how Canadians can work together to adapt to a crisis. As a Not-for-Profit Charities, City Centre Musical Productions (CCMP) and Theatre Unlimited Performing Arts (TUPA) will feel the impact of this crisis immensely and yet we will not let it stop us. Your donation will allow us to preserve the well-being of our community and give us all something exciting to come back to when the time is right. Your support of the Arts will never be more meaningful.
If you are unable to attend the rescheduled performance, you may choose to transfer the value of any number of your purchased tickets as a donation to CCMP or TUPA as indicated on your ticket. This is a simple 2-part process.
Please contact the Box Office at 905-615-4720 Option #1 or email@example.com indicating the combination of donation/refund tickets you would like process. You will receive an acknowledgment email of your Ticket Value Donation from Meadowvale Theatre and a cheque will be issued for the remaining refund if applicable.

CCMP and TUPA will provide you with a Charitable Tax Receipt upon validation from the Theatre using your acknowledgement email. We issue Tax Receipts in the month of November. Privacy Legislation does not permit Meadowvale Theatre from sharing your information with us to issue a tax receipt. We need your email as permission to issue the receipt.
Receive a Full Refund – Deadline October 1, 2020:
Your funds have always been safely cared for by our box office service at Meadowvale Theatre. We are so pleased that you considered supporting us and understand that everyone has different needs during this time. We do hope you will consider purchasing in the future and joining our mailing list so that we can keep you informed of our plans.

2020-2021 Season Subscription Ticket Holders Key Information
Returning Subscribers from 2019/2020: your subscription seats will be held until the Encore Series returns to Meadowvale Theatre. Any processed seat changes for the 2020/2021 season cannot be held due to the cancellation of the season.
New Subscribers for 2020/2021: you will be contacted by Meadowvale Theatre staff, on behalf of the Encore Series, prior to the public release of the 2022/2023 season to secure best available subscription seating. If you have not already seen The Hunchback of Notre Dame or Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, single tickets will also be available.
You will receive a full refund for the 2020/2021 Season. Meadowvale Theatre Box Office remains closed as per guidance from Peel Public Health and provincial orders related to preventing the spread of COVID-19. Staff will be calling you to confirm your contact information to receive your refund by cheque. If you do not wish to receive your refund by cheque, please let Staff know and they would be happy to process your refund in the original payment method when Meadowvale Theatre reopens.
